Reporting Lead

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Reporting Lead will play a critical role in supporting a high-performing team within the civil infrastructure division. This position is dedicated to delivering major rail infrastructure projects through collaboration and a best-for-project vision. The Proposal Lead will play an important role in driving proposal development and submission processes. Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, this role ensures the delivery of high-quality, compliant and competitive proposals that align with organizational goals.

This position is in Toronto.

What you’ll be working on:

• Develop project progress reports by working closely with the construction, project controls, quality, safety, etc. teams
• Manage technical content of the reports and ensure reports meet client’s and project’s requirements.
• Coordinate coordination meetings, reviews, and input from internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance, quality, and consistency across all deliverables.
• Facilitate debriefs and document feedback to enhance future submissions.
• Maintain project information files. Manage and update this information as project progresses and upon completion.

What we are looking for:

• Degree or diploma in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional organizational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in civil infrastructure, construction, or engineering is an asset.
