Good Thief is seeking a skilled and passionate Head Bartender to join our talented team. This position requires a commitment to excellence and a desire to craft exceptional cocktails while providing an unforgettable experience for our guests.

Position Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in the hospitality industry, with at least 3+ years of bartending experience in an elevated, fast-paced setting.
  • Availability: Must be available full-time, including weekends and late nights. Sunday and Monday availability is required to accept this position.

  • Excellent Communicator: Skilled at building rapport with guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Professional: Upholds a high standard of professionalism and service, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable and high-quality bar experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of cocktail techniques, flavor pairings, and beverage trends.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working efficiently as part of a team.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with meticulous attention to cleanliness and detail.
  • Serving It Right certification (or willingness to obtain it before starting).
