What qualifications are we looking for?
- Experience with high volume Recruitment;
- Knowledge of Alberta Employment Standards is an asset;
- Excellent attention to detail, exercising a high degree of accuracy;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Exceptional organization skills;
- Experience working with recruitment posting/tracking software;
- Evidence of a clear Police Information Check and Vulnerable Sector Search;
- Three professional references.
What does this role look like at YMCA Calgary?
- Screen job applications, forwarding suitable applications to applicable internal hiring supervisors
- Conduct reference checks for all seasonal employees;
- Assist the recruiter in creating offer letters for all seasonal employees;
- Send out hiring packages to successful candidates;
- Organize returned hiring packages to send to Payroll;
- Track and assist candidates with necessary hiring documents.
- Assist the recruiter and seasonal hiring team with tasks as assigned.
