What you'll do

• Efficiently picks and assembles orders from various temperature areas with care and quality to achieve “On Time” delivery to customers.
• Packs orders with attention to detail including distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes.
• Ensures that products picked are of the highest quality, i.e., no damaged products, freshest product selection, etc.
• Correctly documents and labels all orders through interpretation and understanding of documentation including pick slips, packaging details, shipping labels, etc.
• Optimizes tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
• Balances fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, offering service including supporting issues to resolution.
• Ensures strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean work area, and ensuring all totes are clean before packing.
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and customer satisfaction.
