Your daily role

Under the responsibility of the Customer Service and Dispatch Manager, you will work closely with our customer service and sales team to process customer deductions within prescribed deadlines and ensure follow-ups. You must demonstrate excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented and will be required to carry out various administrative tasks.

THE ROLE:

  • Record and track customer deductions in the system daily to ensure efficient distribution;
  • Process customer deductions by ensuring that they are the subject of a previously authorized agreement;
  • Search and attach supporting documents via the various customer portals;
  • Submit and follow up on complaints and refund requests related to invalid deductions;
  • Work with sales representatives to track the progress of refunds and claims;
  • Work in synergy with customer service to generate invoices (short, overage, etc.) and issue credits;
  • Keep claims tracking files (All Claims/ODF) up to date.

Your profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative support and/or customer service;
  • Diploma of college or professional studies;
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite (ideally the Google suite as well);
  • Good oral and written communication skills in French and English;
  • Taking initiative, analytical and team spirit, and dynamism;
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness;
  • Good practice of French and English (exchange with clients and colleagues across North America).
