As a Principal Technical Program Manager, you'll lead the development of intuitive and intelligent conversational assistants that transform user experiences. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, driving the vision and strategy for our next-generation AI assistants. You'll be at the forefront of solving complex challenges in natural language processing and machine learning, while ensuring our solutions are user-centric and ethically responsible.
Key job responsibilities
- Define and deliver critical program across multiple teams
- Establish mechanism across internal and partner teams for the program
- Influence technical decisions
- Assess and mitigate risks, handle escalations, and provide concise and transparent updates to stakeholders at all levels
- Dive deep to understand complex problems and break them down into small pieces with straightforward solutions
- Mentor individuals in the community on advanced technical issues, and help them grow their careers
A day in the life
Your day might start with a stand-up meeting, where you'll sync with your team on project progress and address any blockers. You'll then dive into analyzing user feedback to refine our AI models, followed by a brainstorming session with researchers to explore innovative approaches to natural language understanding. In the afternoon, you might lead a cross-functional meeting to align on integration strategies for our latest AI features.

Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
