As a Treatment Coordinator/Receptionist, you’ll be the face of our clinic, responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our patients—from the moment they walk through the door to the completion of their dental care.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar efficiently.
- Explain treatment plans and financial options to patients clearly and compassionately.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries promptly.
- Process insurance claims and verify coverage.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Coordinate with dental team members to ensure optimal patient care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in dental software (e.g., Gold) is a plus.
- A genuine interest in helping patients achieve their best smiles!
- Fulltime position / 8-hour shifts
- Mon, Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Tuesday, Thursday 10:00 am -7:00 pm
- Saturday 9 am - 5:00 pm
- Wednesday, and Sunday off days
- Competitive salary 22-30$ an hour
