Job Description:

Ginger is looking for a passionate and creative Content Creator/Videographer to join our team in Fredericton. If you excel at creating compelling social media content, capturing breathtaking videography and photography, and managing projects from concept to completion, we want to hear from you.

As part of our team, you'll collaborate closely with our creative and account teams to shape impactful brands, educate audiences, and drive positive change through innovative storytelling. Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce engaging content for various social media platforms.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos that align with our brand's vision.
• Edit videos and photos to create polished and professional content.
• Assist a team that manages social media accounts and ensures consistent brand messaging.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to develop content strategies.
• Monitor and analyze content performance to optimize future campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.

Requirements:

• 5+ years professional experience.
• Proven experience in social media content creation.
• Strong skills in videography and photography.
• Solid understanding of sound recording and lighting techniques.
• Proficiency in video and photo editing software.
• Experience in social media management.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
