Job Highlights

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour!

This part-time role has significant impact! The Sales Teammate generates sales by providing exceptional customer experiences, maximizing sales through efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable service, while ensuring the store is neat and well-presented. Responsibilities:

• Offer exceptional customer service, from greeting to checkout
• Suggest the right footwear and apparel
• Share product knowledge enthusiastically
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Assist in both front and back store operations

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in CA)
• Flexible schedule availability
• Comfortable with technology
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role

Purpose of Role

The Sales Associate contributes to store sales by embodying brand values, providing a unique experience to customers. This role supports store operations and includes Stock Specialist responsibilities when needed.

Your Impact

Sales & Omni

• Assist customers directly to meet sales targets
• Handle omni-channel requests in line with UA policy

Brand Image & Customer Experience

• Model UA service culture and customer expectations
• Communicate brand messages effectively
• Participate in training to enhance product knowledge

Retail Operations

• Maintain merchandise and floor set standards
• Comply with UA policies and procedures
• Handle operational and cash processes
• Adhere to dress code and attendance policies

Qualifications

• Basic skills in numeracy, literacy, listening, and communication
• Fluency in local language
• Proficiency with technology
• Ability to work well in a team
• Experience in fast-paced environments

Requirements

• 0-3 months experience in retail, particularly footwear/apparel
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends

Physical Requirements

• Ability to handle products up to 25 lbs
• Mobility to move around the store
• Access to all store areas
