Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To
- Oversee all accounting operations, including billing, A/R, A/P, cash flow, banking, etc.
- Prepare budgets and financial forecasts, along with monthly financial statements and reports.
- Provide strategic financial and cash flow guidance to the company’s principals and assist in the financial management of the company.
- Assist with managing financial relationships with the company’s stakeholders.
- Prepare year-end working papers and financial statements for all entities.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Develop and document business policies and procedures to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Assist with overseeing general operation that may include but not limited to IT, property management, and HR
- 5+ years of combined accounting and finance experience
- Proven working experience as a senior accountant and/or leadership role of at least 3 years is an asset
- Experience in a professional office environment is an asset
- Extensive ASPE knowledge
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem solving using critical thinking, experience and resources.
