The Broadway BID is looking for an Administrative Assistant to help keep things running smoothly while we make Broadway Avenue one of the most exciting places in Canada! You are the Executive Director's primary support, handling day-to-day operations while helping execute some of Saskatoon's most-loved events.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Be the welcoming face of Broadway, handling all public inquiries with a smile.
  • Keep the office running top-notch: book board meetings, take minutes, manage finances, order supplies, handle contracts, filing and some cleaning.
  • Manage bookkeeping, invoices, and payments like a pro (no finance degree required-just great organizational skills).
  • Be part of the action handling logistics for Broadway's coolest events, from booking venues, renting supplies to contracting singers and ordering posters.
  • Support the BBID's volunteer, sponsorship, and vendor programs.
  • Other duties as required.

What You Bring:

  • 1-2 years of office administration and/or bookkeeping experience.
  • A diploma or certificate in office administration and/or bookkeeping.
  • Top-notch time management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Google Suite, MS Office, Adobe, Sage Online, and Dropbox.
  • Positive vibes and a can-do attitude.
