Job Summary

Lead the customer service team, ensure client satisfaction, and manage operations in a fast-paced freight brokerage environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer service software and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
