Position Description : The Assistant Resident Manager team is required to live on-site and work full-time, this includes every other weekend and on-call duties. The primary focus of this role is to maintain a high standard of care for the property. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, exceptional customer service, general cleaning, and minor maintenance repairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators).
• Minor maintenance repairs.
• Preparing apartments for new residents.
• Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents.
• Assisting with leasing suites.
