Founded in 1994, Silent-Aire is a technology-driven company that designs, engineers, and manufactures hyperscale cooling and modular data center solutions. Silent-Aire employs over 3000 people, with a total of 13 manufacturing facilities and over 1 million sq/ft of capacity in Edmonton, Alberta; Gilbert, Arizona; and Dublin, Ireland. What you will do
Supporting Johnson Controls’ Data Center Solutions business unit, you will be responsible for hands-on content creation work including videos, website/social media, and any other advertising and content creation for the Silent-Aire business. Leveraging your proficiency with Adobe, Creative Suites and video production tools, you will have the opportunity to make an impact across the entire business unit.
How you will do it
Video Production:
Film, edit, and produce engaging videos for internal and external audiences.
Create product demos, training materials, and employee engagement videos.
Assist in producing live-streamed events, including Town Halls, using tools like OBS.
Digital Signage Management:
Update and maintain internal digital TV signage (SATV) using Navori Digital Signage software.
Graphic Design Support:
Assist in creating visual content, including graphics and animations, using Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
Social Media Assistance:
Collaborate with the marketing team to post engaging video and graphic content to social media platforms.
Event Production:
Produce Town Hall meetings, managing sound, video, and mixing.
What we look for
Required:
1-3 years of work experience in video editing, content creation, and other multimedia marketing areas
Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
Video Production Tools: OBS for live streaming and Navori for digital signage.
Strong videography and editing skills with a portfolio showcasing diverse content styles.
Basic sound and lighting setup knowledge for live events and video shoots.
Creative storytelling abilities and attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive and collaborative attitude, with a willingness to support various departments' needs.
Preferred:
Experience in corporate or industrial videography.
Familiarity with animation or motion graphics.
Knowledge of internal communications or employee engagement best practices.
