- Opportunities to take part in job related training and development
- Growth and progression opportunities within Irving Consumer Products and the larger network of the J.D. Irving group of companies
- Signing incentives for full-time roles for graduating students who have completed a work term within J.D. Irving (if applicable)
- Inventory reconciliation – working with reports in Excel, reconciling inventory between Irving Consumer Products management system and data from our warehouse partners.
- Inventory Holds – working with inventory data, and within our management system, segregating and releasing inventory using a variety of holds. This also involves working with internal and external partners.
- Aged inventory and partial pallets – working with inventory data to monitor and suggest actions for reducing this volume in our partner warehouses
- Inventory adjustments required in Irving Consumer Products management system for our warehouse partners, including repacks and notices of destruction
- Currently enrolled in post-secondary education (Supply Chain focus/major preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Data Management - ability to organize and analyze data efficiency.
- Strong attention to details
- Capability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Problem solving - ability to identify and address inventory issues
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written (emails, documentation creation, etc.)
