Chief Business Analyst - Digital

A career as a business analyst in the Digital Special Projects team at National Bank means acting as a facilitator of digital transformation. Your Role
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize stakeholder needs in collaboration with product owners.
- Ensure the delivery of solutions aligned with business needs by integrating data management and security.
- Conduct impact, process, and business rules analyses to identify gaps between the current and desired state.
- Facilitate multidisciplinary workshops to identify business scenarios and solutions.
- Document backlog items using collaboration tools.
- Define user test scenarios and support teams in change management strategies.
- Collaborate with the QA (Quality Assurance) team to develop test cases, execute them, and oversee their deployment, ensuring high-quality delivery that meets the defined acceptance criteria.
Your Team
Within the Digital Client Experience sector, you’ll be part of a large team of around 60 colleagues and report to the Senior Director of Digital Special Projects. Our team stands out for its multidisciplinary talents working in a "startup" mode with agile delivery methods.

Basic requirements
- 5-6 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in business process transformation, change management, and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of modeling methodologies and tools such as BPMN and Design Thinking.
- Experience in the banking sector and proficiency with tools like JIRA/Confluence and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills and recognized ability to synthesize information.
- Ability to work in a startup mode with a multidisciplinary team.
