Position Responsibilities
- Handle 120+ collections customer contacts daily via phone and email.
- Determine appropriate escalation for delinquent collections accounts.
- Support the management of appropriate collections account aging.
- Identify high-risk accounts and notify management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
- Experience in a business-to-business environment preferred.
- At least one year of collections and call center experience an asset, but if you want to provide the best experience for our customers, we’ll train you!
- Experience in reconciling accounts.
