Position Overview:

The Urban Painter is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team full-time. If you're passionate about sales and leadership and looking for an opportunity to grow with a supportive, creative company, this role is for you. While painting experience is preferred, it's not a requirement—we'll provide the training and tools you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and manage a team of sales representatives to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and improve market share.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by managing relationships and addressing concerns proactively.
  • Work closely with the operations team to align sales strategies with project execution, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.
  • Represent The Urban Painter at networking events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to promote the brand and generate leads.

Sales Execution:

  • Actively participate in sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
  • Contribute directly to revenue generation through individual sale efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
