Your Role: Shape Our Future Workforce

As our In-House Recruiter, you'll play a vital role in building a team that delivers excellence.

What You'll Do

1. Source Top Technical Talent

  • Recruit skilled professionals, including installers, foremen, and site supervisors.
  • Build lasting connections with trade schools and industry networks.

2. Recruit Office Professionals

  • Identify and hire for office roles like estimators, project managers, and assistants.
  • Ensure candidates align with our culture and values.

3. Lead Recruitment Efforts

  • Craft engaging job postings and manage listings on high-visibility platforms.
  • Streamline the hiring process using ATS tools for efficiency and clarity.

4. Strengthen Employer Branding

  • Highlight Threestones Alliance as an industry leader through social media and networking events.
  • Share our story and values to attract top talent.

5. Collaborate with Leadership

  • Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics to guide decisions.

6. Ensure Smooth Onboarding

  • Design a welcoming onboarding experience to set new hires up for success.
  • Adhere to labour laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience recruiting technical and office roles, ideally in construction or related industries.
  • Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
