What you will do
The Quality Systems Specialist I is responsible for:
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting all aspects of equipment, software and application master data creation, review and implementation
- Responsible for assessing Pharmacopeial Forum notifications and coordinating ownership for implementing impactful changes
- Engaging with equipment manufacturers and service providers to troubleshoot software and application issues, with the objective of restoring equipment to working order in a timely fashion
- Drafting equipment qualification protocols and reports, and executing approved qualification protocol test cases for new equipment
- Collaborate with business partners to develop/improve processes in order to meet Regulatory requirements, and lead/facilitate the implementation phase
- Create/review technical documents
- Assist with Project Management activities and/or deliverables related to site projects that are impactful to related quality systems
- Supporting successful regulatory and Kenvue audit activities
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or related program
- Previous experience in a Laboratory or Quality Assurance setting is considered an asset
- Strong consideration will be given to candidates with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Prior experience with a food, water or pharmaceutical laboratory would be considered an asset
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Documentation Practices
