Audiologist

SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:

Assists the service manager with local and regional operational activities ensuring safe and quality service. Manages and supervises areas such as production, cafeteria, procurement, sanitation, and security. Ensures best practices in selecting and purchasing food and therapeutic products for diverse clientele. Replaces the service manager in their absence and actively participates in the dietetics internship program.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in sciences (nutrition);
• Member in good standing of the New Brunswick Dietitians Association (A.D.N.B.);
• Three (3) years of relevant work experience;
• Skills in using common computer tools (such as Microsoft 365, Meditech, Micro Gesta – an asset);
• Ability to work in a team and independently;
• Proven staff management skills;
• Proven leadership skills;
• Ability to set priorities and achieve objectives;
• Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously;
• Ability to mobilize, engage, and act as a change agent;
• Proven skills in teaching, communication, and interpersonal relations;
• Physical ability to perform the assigned work;
• Good previous work record (performance and attendance);
• Adherence to professional ethics, the management philosophy of the Network, and organizational values;
• Compliance with the confidentiality rules of Vitalité Health Network.

NOTE:

• The selected candidate will be required to work regularly in other facilities within the area.
