About The Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented Credit Representative to join our team on a 6 month contract, with the possibility of an extension. This role will interface with internal and external customers and departments, including Sales, Operations, and Revenue.

• Establish customer accounts for our Home and Commercial customers within our ERP system.
• Triage account set up(s) based on urgency of customer needs.
• Communicate account details to our customers and all internal departments.
• Ensure proper correspondence is sent to new customers.
• Ensure all documentation is uploaded and properly stored.
• Process cancellation requests and coordinate with internal departments.
• Credit Administrative projects as assigned with accompanied due date diligence.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Credi and collections experience an asset
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to effectively prioritize a significant workload
• Ability to handle large volumes of data with attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, including the ability to handle sensitive communications
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong computer proficiency; intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Word
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience working with an ERP system an asset
