The Opportunity
The role will assist in day-to-day HR administrative tasks for several AGI locations and provide back up to the Administrative Assistant position, as well as provide assistance to the Purchasing team.

The Opportunity
The role will assist in day-to-day HR administrative tasks for several AGI locations and provide back up to the Administrative Assistant position, as well as provide assistance to the Purchasing team.
Responsibilities
- Scanning and filing employee files from other AGI locations (ex: Swift Current, Nobleford, Winnipeg, Rosenort)
- Completing ESPP Enrolments and sending ESPP Email to employees (several AGI locations)
- Opening enrolment for Sunlife new employees & sending welcome email (several AGI locations)
- Setting employees up on RBC, ensuring to terminate this when employee is terminated
- Completing uniform orders for employees
- Complete various HR related onboarding tasks
- Conduct price confirmations
- Cancelling job orders
- Creating purchase orders
- Following up on orders (Open PO Report)
- PO acknowledgement report (did this when Blayne was unavailable)
- Printing Sales Orders and ensuring Shipping & Receiving receives them
- Completing payment for sales orders when needed from the call center
- Assist with receiving job orders that need to be closed
- Answering the phone and transferring calls
- Distributing mail
- Depositing cheques to CIBC when they arrive
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years in a similar role, in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency using MS Excel and Outlook is mandatory
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Be a proactive member of the team
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to prioritize and plan
