About This Role
Are you a marketing generalist with a passion for creating impactful strategies and driving predictable outcomes? As a Marketing Coordinator at Vasco, you’ll harness your broad marketing expertise to build a predictable lead-generation engine. This role is not about ticking off activities—it’s about delivering measurable results and fueling our pipeline for growth.
You Will Achieve This By
Foundations:
- Gaining a deep understanding of our product, market, and competitive positioning.
- Refining and articulating compelling Unique Value Proposition(s).
- Identifying and developing Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and personas for targeted marketing.
Activities:
Your work will involve hands-on execution and/or coordination with contractors to deliver:
- Engaging content such as product videos, graphics, infographics, website copy, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate strategic social media campaigns to build awareness and engagement.
- Create effective email campaigns tailored to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Community-driven posts that foster interaction and brand loyalty.
- Website enhancements to optimize conversion rates and user experience.
- Well-planned SEM strategies to increase visibility and attract high-intent audiences.
- Helping with the organization of impactful events and webinars.
- Rigorous A/B testing of messaging, touchpoints, channels, and more to refine tactics.
- Measuring, reporting, and automating processes in HubSpot CRM to create a data-driven approach for scalable lead generation.
Success Metric:
- Your ultimate measure of success will be the creation of $ New Opportunities—building and maintaining a robust pipeline of high-quality leads.
What You Need on Day 1 to Be Successful
- Proven HubSpot expertise: Hands-on experience leveraging HubSpot CRM to drive marketing and lead generation success.
- Passion for RevOps and Revenue Architecture: A genuine enthusiasm for designing and optimizing revenue systems that work.
- Project management mastery: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with precision and meet deadlines effectively.
- Independent work ethic: A self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative and execute tasks without constant oversight.
- Creative problem-solving skills: A track record of developing innovative solutions to marketing challenges.
- Exceptional communication: Strong verbal and written skills to articulate ideas clearly and build collaborative relationships.
- Startup-ready mindset: Comfortable navigating the fast-paced and dynamic nature of startup environments.
- Multitasking capability: Proven experience juggling multiple priorities while maintaining quality and focus.
It Would Be Great If
- You hold relevant certifications in marketing, digital tools, or project management.
Work Environment - Hybrid
- We intentionally work in-office four days a week in the heart of Downtown Montreal, with anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. This setup gives you the flexibility to work from home on Wednesdays or Fridays.
