What are your contributions to the team?

• Coordinate and prepare the overall governance of the Vice-President of Transformation, Industrialization and Operational Excellence
• Develop and adjust with key stakeholders new governances structures, identify gaps and propose solutions to improve communication & information flow throughout the different levels;
• Support the implementation of the Bombardier Operations Excellence system
• Manage and lead initiatives increase efficiency & productivity by standardizing Balance Score Cards, Dashboards and KPIs supporting the day-to-day activities;
• Manage & build executive presentations for internal and external communications;
• Develop trusted relationships with key partners to ensure overall alignment, while optimizing the strategy and providing best practices for the organization.
  
  
  

How to thrive in this role?

• You have a minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in governance management and/or continuous improvement systems;
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French are required for success in this role.
• You hold a bachelor’s degree or have experience in Administration, Engineering or Operations;
• You have the desire to improve the efficiency of business processes with both technology and process improvement methodologies;
• You are a highly organized individual and have the ability to plan, organize, prioritize and handle multiple time sensitive tasks in a dynamic global environment;
• You are able to develop and deliver presentations to different levels of management, including executive level;
• You have strong team leadership skills as well as solid analytical, planning and problem-solving abilities and like to think outside of the box;
• You are proficient in MS Office suite (O365 environment)
• You are a good team player and highly reliable;
• You are driving for results and taking initiatives to achieve personal and team objectives;
