Position Summary
As a key member of the Finance department, and reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, the Financial Analyst will be involved with internal reporting, ensuring compliance, and analyzing internal operating results, developing, supporting month-end, quarterly and year-end information and reports, and internal controls. The Financial Analyst will build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide professional financial assistance in alignment with organizational priorities.

Position Summary
As a key member of the Finance department, and reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, the Financial Analyst will be involved with internal reporting, ensuring compliance, and analyzing internal operating results, developing, supporting month-end, quarterly and year-end information and reports, and internal controls. The Financial Analyst will build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide professional financial assistance in alignment with organizational priorities.
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for performing day-to-day PR/PO activities, financial reporting, and analysis to support on-going internal and external reporting requirements.
- Working with other team members to process PR/PO/GR in SAP MM within a strict deadline.
- Prepare monthly HQ forecasting file.
- Prepare monthly CFO conference PPT file.
- Prepare monthly HQ reporting package.
- Assist Yearly Business Plan.
- Update, maintain, and translate ICFR template and task sheets to assist Sr. Finance Manager.
- Gather, organize, and maintain all Quarterly ICFR compliance documentation for Internal Audit.
- Communication with internal stakeholders to ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to.
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Post-secondary bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or Business.
- Experience with complex ERPs, particularly SAP considered an asset.
- Proven skills in financial statement preparation, analysis, and reporting, including understanding of Canadian GAAP.
- Advanced computer skills and superior knowledge of computer applications and database software applications. Extensive experience with Excel is required.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational and interpersonal skills in Both English and Korean.
- Experience working in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and handle a high volume of work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Sense of initiative and accountability, and able to work with minimal supervision.
