The Role

Reporting to the Platform Success Implementation Manager, this role will be responsible for driving a new business model for the Seequent Evo Platform and will be disruptive to established norms in the business. As part of the Platform Success team, you will help exhibit a high degree of skill to establish an identity and build momentum. You will bridge the gap between our partner/sales teams and our developers, offering support during the sales and onboarding process, helping our partners and customers get the most value out of the APIs that we are bringing to market.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • As a part of the Platform Success team, work alongside the technology partner and regional sales team to support sales activities around using our new APIs.
  • Create relevant prototypes to showcase the capabilities of our APIs and provide these as demonstrations to our partners and customers.
  • Help onboard the developers of our new partners and customers with the APIs, providing development support where needed as well as assisting with customer data migration projects.
  • Influence development priorities by understanding our partner organisations and effectively documenting and communicating opportunities for both our organisations.
  • Support marketing by creating supporting content for developer API documentation such as blog posts, “how to” videos, and webinars.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 4+ years of development experience in a SaaS or PaaS organisation (MS Azure or Google Cloud Platform experience a bonus).
  • A consultative approach to solving customer’s business challenges and a track record of successfully overcoming technical and security objections.
  • Development experience in one or more of the following languages: C#.NET, React, Python, JSON, XML, JavaScript.
  • Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases and BI Platforms.
  • Experience working with REST APIs.
  • Ability to thrive and adapt to a rapidly evolving product and market that will define the future of work.
