We hope this post finds you in good health and high spirits. We are delighted to inform you that we have a retirement pending within Tsawwassen Medical Clinic and are extending an exciting opportunity for you to join South Delta's largest family practice.
Our well-established family practice has been proudly serving the South Delta community for many years, providing comprehensive and compassionate healthcare to patients of all ages. With the impending retirement, we are seeking a talented and dedicated family medicine physician to join our team and continue our tradition of excellence in patient care.

Supportive Team: Our practice boasts a team of experienced and supportive healthcare professionals, including nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff. Collaboration and teamwork are fundamental to our success, and we value every team member's input.
Modern Facilities: You will have access to a beautiful clinic with your own office + 2 exam rooms + small procedures area, allowing you to deliver the best possible care and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in medicine.
Diverse Patient Demographics: South Delta is a vibrant and diverse community, presenting you with a wide range of patient cases and medical challenges. This diversity will help you grow professionally and expand your skill set.
Work-Life Balance: We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance for our physicians. Our scheduling system is designed to ensure you have ample time for personal pursuits and relaxation outside of work.
Competitive Compensation Package: We are physician owned and share costs and support whatever contract you prefer i.e. fee-for-service, LFP or New-to_Practice allowing you to focus on your practice and financial security.
Continuing Medical Education (CME) Opportunities: We encourage and support our physicians' professional development by providing access to various CME opportunities and conferences with events hosted in-house and also through Delta Division of Family Practice.
