We’re currently hiring for a Field Service Supervisor for our Southern Alberta locations based in our Calgary Customer Solutions Center. In this role, you’ll be challenged to think on your feet, learn on the job and get a little bit better each and every day, with the support of a team that always has your back. There’s more to any job than words on a page, but in this position you’ll lead and coordinate a dedicated team of Service Technicians, ensuring top-quality service and commitment to our lean, standardized processes. This role is about setting standards, supporting your team, and fostering a culture of excellence in every customer interaction. On any given day, the Field Service Supervisor is responsible to:
- Supervising a dedicated team of Service Technicians
- Interviewing, hiring and orientation of new employees to Service. Provide direction, training, and coordination of the work of service technicians
- Monitors staff performance, identifies corrective action and appropriate disciplinary action as required in consultation with the Operations Manager, as required
- Provides supports and guidance for technician questions and concerns
- Receives, identifies, and resolves complex/sensitive homeowner issues. Completing service work while at the appointment.
- Receives and resolves escalated customer complaints from both builders and dealers (in the field) Delivering parts to sites in order to complete calls.
- Assesses responsibility of damage and makes warranty decisions on what will be chargeable vs under warranty.
- Develops and maintains ongoing internal and external customer relationships
- Meet on site with builders and projects for onsite testing
- Stepping in as a 3rd technician when needed to complete a service call
- Ensure the team works safely and according to all All Weather At Home Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Ensures compliance to All Weather At Home’s standards and policies
- Looking for process improvements and efficiencies within the Service department

Qualifications and Experience:
- A high school diploma (or equivalent) required with post-secondary education considered an asset
- 3-5 years of solid experience in customer service, grounded in a passion for helping customers
- A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role, with hands-on leadership experience
- 3-5 years of construction industry experience with window and door an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, with a strong aptitude for quickly learning new tools and technologies
- Must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License and acceptable Driver’s Abstract
- Must pass pre-employment Drug & Alcohol Testing
Skills and Strengths:
- Confidently handles complex inquiries with top-notch listening and problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, inspiring the team
- Builds positive relationships and maintains a friendly, professional presence
- Demonstrates high attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to learning continuously
- Knowledge of the manufacturing process would be an asset
- Knowledge of repairing, adjusting or building window and door products would be an asset
