Agilus is recruiting for an Appraiser in the Collision industry in Barrie, Ontario.
The Appraiser is responsible for providing a complete evaluation of the collision damage to the vehicle, leading to the creation of a detailed repair plan

Agilus is recruiting for an Appraiser in the Collision industry in Barrie, Ontario.
The Appraiser is responsible for providing a complete evaluation of the collision damage to the vehicle, leading to the creation of a detailed repair plan
A Typical Day
- Main point of contact for customers and insurance adjusters
- Deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring a thorough and precise assessment of the vehicle's collision damage.
- Write estimates as required for schedule appointments, walk-ins and Dealerships as assigned
- Responsible for assessing collision damage and capturing photographs of the vehicle before, during, and after the disassembly process
- Conduct a thorough visual examination and assessment of the vehicle, determining the nature of the collision and the overall areas of damage
- Compile a comprehensive inventory of all components and materials required for a thorough repair.
- 2+ years of appraiser, estimating or collision industry experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, self-driven, motivated, wanting to grow
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- organizing and multitask skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, as well as to organize and plan work independently.
- Audatex / Capture software would be an asset
- Permanent position
- Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm on-site
- Benefits available after 3 months probation
