Principal - Strategic Initiatives

This role provides the opportunity to work closely with our leadership team and affiliate partners to support a range of strategic initiatives. What You Will Do

• Work closely with members of the CC&L Financial Group leadership team, and broadly with people across all functions in our organization – investments, operations, business management and distribution.
• You will work on a wide range of initiatives, from the very large, such as partnering with an investment team to start a new business, to the small, such as working to trouble shoot and resolve a business issue quickly when it arises.
• You will often have end to end ownership of an initiative, which means that you will need to take an issue or idea, get to deeply understand it, form views, present ideas to others, get buy-in and then execute.
• Work will include financial analysis, market research, diligence, project leadership and execution.

What You Bring

• 5-10 years of experience in management consulting or financial services.
• Accounting, Business or Economics degree at the undergraduate or graduate level.
• Accounting and financial analysis expertise.
• Strong mathematical, verbal and abstract reasoning.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an influential presence.
• Proven ability to drive and manage change with a strong focus on results.
