We are seeking someone who is passionate about technology, both HW and SW. An experienced and eager Help-Desk self-starter to join our Technology division and be part of our in-house Help-Desk and support needs.

Looking for a challenge and an opportunity to learn and enhance your technical skills? We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and keep our organization in top shape.

What you'll do

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance relating to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Perform analysis and troubleshoot support incidents.
• Ensure incident/problem resolution in a timely fashion to minimize impact on users, perform escalation when needed.
• Manage configuration in applications, maintain access control, Board rooms, phone systems, and IT inventory.

What you have

• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
• High level of English required.
• Problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, self-directed, ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks, work under minimal supervision.
• Experience installing and maintaining TV walls, coax, TV related systems and technologies.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting issues on multiple platforms and operating systems, Primary work environment is Win7/10 & Mac OS.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training and work experience.
