You as a People & Culture Coordinator (HR) will:
- Handle all administrative tasks related to the full employee life cycle including but not limited to onboarding, new hire orientation, offer letters, employee change letter, promotions, resignations, etc. in a professional and accurate manner.
- Be a reliable point of contact for employees inquiries, utilizing internal resources to help find answers and provide follow ups.
- Deliver full recruitment services including but not limited front end needs analysis, job postings, sourcing, attending career fairs, and prescreen/interviews.
- Oversee the portfolio's co-op program while building external relationships to source top talent.
- Ensure a positive employee experience is delivered by collectively supporting the needs of employees and the business.
- Accurately maintain all employee data through the use of the current HRIS (UltiPro).
- Other duties as assigned.
Is this the right role for you?
- You have a College or University degree in Human Resources Management
- You thrive on delivering a positive employee experience by collectively supporting the needs of employees and the business
- You have effective oral and written communication skills as well as a proven ability to work within a high paced environment
- Bilingual is an asset (French and English)
