GEI is seeking Project Professionals who can contribute to the continued growth within GEI’s land development infrastructure and water resources team and are interested in working collaboratively with a talented team of design, management, and technical leaders. This position will support GEI’s land development engineering practice in our Markham or Guelph Ontario office, which provides services in a wide range of settings. Representing projects for the land development and civil site design for residential, industrial, commercial, and municipal sites.

Essential Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage residential subdivision and site plan developments from preliminary design through construction and assumption
- Conceptual, preliminary, and detailed engineering design for various Land Development projects
- Coordinate with and utilize technical resources within the land development group as projects demand
- Preparation and review of Engineering drawings sets, technical memos, reports, construction plans and specifications
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation is an asset
- Experience with managing residential subdivision and/ or ICI developments
- Experienced with standard analysis programs, Microsoft office programs, and other associated programs is desired
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and high degree of motivation
- Experience with writing and reviewing technical reports
