About The Opportunity
Westinghouse Electric Canada is a leading supplier of custom equipment, process systems and engineering consultant services for the Nuclear industry in Canada. The successful candidate will join an innovative team that supports Westinghouse’s mission to provide clean energy solutions.
What will you do?
Move, receive, store, issue, pack/unpack, and deliver specific parts including purchased parts, supplies, finished products, and various hazard materials. Unload trucks and operate forklifts and cranes. Maintain inventory accuracy.

About The Opportunity

What will you do?
Move, receive, store, issue, pack/unpack, and deliver specific parts including purchased parts, supplies, finished products, and various hazard materials. Unload trucks and operate forklifts and cranes. Maintain inventory accuracy.
Your Day To Day
- Work from approved operating procedures and instructions.
- Receive, unload, unpack, verify, label, and record received parts, tools, supplies etc. Report and assist in resolution of discrepancies.
- Store and deliver materials, as appropriate. Perform necessary material traceability and accountability transactions in appropriate computer systems. Contact customers as appropriate of materials received.
- Issue or dispatch items to authorized locations and/or employees. Perform and record appropriate transactions.
- Conduct cycle counts and periodic audits of storeroom parts.
- Assist in the development of loss mitigation processes and protocols
- Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition.
- Adhere to accountability, criticality, safety, security, and hygiene procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
Who You Are
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably in warehousing or similiar
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Working knowledge or better of MS Office suite
- Knowledge of SAP preferred
- Must be able to work weekends/evenings on occasion.
