We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our Oak Bay office and other office locations as needed.

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our Oak Bay office and other office locations as needed.

What You Will Do In The Role
- Accounts Receivable
- First point of contact for customer inquiries arriving in person, email and by phone
- Directing inquiries as necessary
- Office deposits (Moneris and cheques)
- Bank Deposits
- Processing of outgoing and incoming mail
- Office supply ordering
- Office organization
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- A positive attitude and outstanding customer service skills that provide a warm and friendly environment for all clients
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong computer skills with proficient knowledge of MS Office
- Minimum typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
- A teamwork mindset while also contributing to a positive team spirit
- Experience with operating a multi-line phone system
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette
- Ability to multi-task
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
