Supporting Field service Operational team including FS Management, Field PM’s, FS Coordinators, Field personnel including weekly meetings with Operations Team reviewing upcoming and current jobs and meetings with PMs to get updates/FS operational team and preparing proformas to capture the forecast for the month.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Ensure invoicing is performed on a weekly basis for larger projects and promptly once smaller projects have been completed. Assist in the collections process to improve AR Outstanding position and Free Cash Flow.
- Perform Monthly WIP Reviews and emphasis on timely dehooking’s of projects ensuring Field Service Orders on Hand is as accurate as possible. Ensure projects are adequately funded in a timely manner by requesting customer PO increases. Ensure all reasons for margin improvements or decreases are adequately documented.
- Forecast accuracy for all KPIs (Revenue, Gross Margin, Gross Profit) with specific focus on Other Cost of Goods sold. This means that a timely and accurate invoicing and Margin Analysis is required.
- Proper documentation on EU Taxonomy and THOP documentation to be maintained.
