You Will Play An Important Role In
- Understanding client requirements and addressing gaps in our products to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and collaborating with internal teams to support our business strategy and ensure client satisfaction.
- Delivering excellent service by gaining a deep understanding of the energy trading industry, client practices, and our products and services.
- Performing core business analysis activities, including scoping, requirement gathering, gap analysis, facilitating client workshops, product configuration, and client training.
- Ensuring smooth implementation and optimization of Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems for our business units in Europe and North America.
- Leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex implementation challenges and contribute to ongoing account management.
- Adapting to evolving client needs and industry changes while contributing innovative ideas to improve processes and solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL, system integration, and ETRM platforms, with knowledge of related systems like ERP and CRMs.Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Understanding of energy trading, risk management, and regulatory requirements (e.g., EMIR, REMIT).
- A strong foundation in financial instruments such as futures, options, and derivatives.Ability to analyze trading and risk data to derive actionable insights.
- Expertise in diagnosing and resolving technical and functional challenges.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaboration and relationship-building skills to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
- Adaptability to manage changing priorities and technological advancements
- A degree in a relevant field (science, IT, or software-related discipline) or equivalent industry experience.A minimum of two years’ experience in business analysis within an IT or software environment.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with a business analyst certification as an asset.
