Overview:

$17.75 - $22.00 / hour

Candidates must be a minimum age of 18 years.

• Team Lead
• Supervisor
• Area Supervisor

You’ll also…

• Assist with staff training and development.
• Assist with maintaining stock levels and displays.
• Organizing all storage areas within the department.
• Monitor and maintain the visual presentation and cleanliness of all the stores and carts
• Drive revenue, monitor sales patterns and trends to maximize operating profits
• Maintain appropriate supply inventory
• Enforce all Park and Department policies and procedures
• Participate in hiring, recruiting and training as assigned
• Responsible for administrative duties as assigned
• Coach, provide feedback and facilitate performance reviews

Qualifications:

• You!
• Previous experience working as Merchandise Sales Associate at Canada’s Wonderland (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and math skills.
• Someone who loves helping others and support the needs of guests and employees.
• Someone who is cheerful and has a courteous manner with a natural smile.
• Individuals with a passion and excitement about Canada’s Wonderland.
• Availability that includes working flexible shifts on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
