Job Role:

Receptionist - Must be 18+

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform opening cash and facility duties.
• Perform cash handling duties and transact business.
• Accurately count till (s).
• Maximize revenue by effectively up-selling.
• Provide accurate information to customers in person and over the phone.
• Efficiently fill the day’s racing schedule.
• Coordinate group events and perform award ceremonies.
• Perform specific facility cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned by management.
• Ensure that all areas, including restrooms, remain clean and safe.
• Perform closing duties to clean the facility and prepare for the next day’s operation.
• Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Able to read and interpret documents such as daily checklists, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Able to speak effectively before groups of customers and respond to questions.
• Must have basic mathematical skills.
