Commission Wage Structure (Potential to earn $100,000+ annually!)
During your first year, to support your development, Steele Auto Group guarantees a minimum income of $653.85 weekly, unless commissions exceed that amount.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Dive into engaging conversations with customers, either in-person or electronically, to truly understand needs, preferences, and budget.
- Showcase our impressive range of Nissan models and other pre-owned vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.
- Guide customers through the selection process, helping them find the perfect vehicle to match their requirements.
- Elevate the customer car-buying experience with test-drives and detailed product demonstrations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, throughout the sales process, ensuring satisfaction beyond the sale.
- Fulfill other duties as required by managers, contributing the overall success of Saint John Nissan.
- Passionate about the automotive industry
- Minimum 1 years' sales experience
- Enthusiastic personality, neat and professional in appearance
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Previous client service experience
- Well organized, possess a good work ethic and a positive attitude
- Hard working, self-motivated and have excellent time management skills
- Exceptional communication skills both in-person and online
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Have a valid driver’s license and be able to provide an acceptable driver’s abstract
