Customer Service Clerk

Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Customer Service Clerk is one of the first points of contact for the company. In addition to tasks more related to welcoming visitors, the person collaborates, among other things, in administrative support for the entire organization.

Responsibilities:

• Answer the phone
• Welcome and direct visitors and suppliers
• Ensure follow-up on requests
• Order and receive merchandise and/or office equipment
• Maintain various inventories related to work
• Perform certain secretarial tasks (mail, photocopies, scanning, filing, etc.) for the management team and a few designated professionals
• Ensure follow-up of correspondence
• Carry out data verification and entry (invoices, delivery notes, updating price lists, etc.)
• Support the person responsible for payroll, administration, and occasionally the human resources manager
• All other related tasks

Qualifications:

• Secondary school diploma (DES or DEP)
• Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in office work
• Any equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered
• Good knowledge of the Office suite
• Knowledge of Acomba and Servicentre software (an asset)
• Knowledge of English usage (an asset)
• Dynamism, friendliness, courtesy, ability to work alone or in a team, initiative, efficiency, autonomy, sense of organization, rigor, etc.
