Minimum Qualifications:
Everyday you will have the opportunity to collaborate with different team members and learn multiple areas of the business. From inputting payroll and processing AP/AR invoices, creating purchase orders, assisting with contract submittals and close-out, scheduling and confirming employee vacation time, and reviewing reports for various public and private clients, you will be able to have a full understanding of our road construction business. You will support operational leaders with administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings and training, ordering supplies and PPE, and providing support for tenders through the estimating processes.
Organization will be key as you maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring easy accessibility of information management. As you will be the first point of contact for most stakeholders, it’s critical to provide excellent customer service.
It is important to be adaptable and manage your time successfully as priorities and tasks can change quickly throughout the day. You will be able to make processes of your own and be accountable for your projects.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Two years’ experience working in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP Systems
- Experience in a road construction
- Experience in JD Edwards and/or SAP
