Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator combines strong organizational skills, digital marketing execution, and technological savviness to manage our various marketing projects as needed.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Coordinate marketing projects from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to budgets and deadlines.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to intake project requests, provide strategic insights and relay timely updates.
  • Utilize a digital project management tool to request deliverables from the creative team, for various media campaigns, internal communications, website assets, and more.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with the company’s brand guidelines and values.
  • Schedule meetings, manage budgets, coordinate events, maintain marketing databases and perform other administrative duties as required
  • Support accounting processes by creating purchase order numbers, onboarding vendors into internal systems, and liaising with the accounting team as required.
  • Assist with organizing the Employer Supported Volunteerism program by searching for and scheduling events that align with Avenue Living values.
  • Assist with sourcing swag items and other marketing collateral.


WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years’ of professional experience in marketing, account management or a communications role.
  • Proven experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Hubspot, Jira, Asana), a certification is a major asset.
  • Ability to execute tasks and solve problems independently to ensure success of project deliverables.
  • Capable of meeting deadlines under pressure while maintaining composure and supporting team focus.
  • Resilient and adaptable in a dynamic business environment and open to constructive feedback.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Passionate about learning and expanding necessary knowledge and skillsets within marketing.
