Jonas Software – Construction Division

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales you will be an integral part of the Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, dedicated, focused, and dynamic individual. The position requires technical skills with knowledge of the product and sales process as well as a confident, innovative, and business minded person who can listen to ideas and formulate and execute plans accordingly.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Demonstrations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations to highlight product features to potential clients and customers.

• Qualify prospects to determine the fit for the company/solution.
• Demo the software to prospects and clients.
• Assist the existing clients determine the correct solutions.
• Developing Product Knowledge - Gain an in-depth understanding of the company's product line, including features, benefits, and potential applications.
• Market Analysis - Monitor market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
• Product Development - Collaborate with the product development team to suggest enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.
• Training - Train other staff members on product details and usage
  
  

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Comfortably manages rapid and repeated changes in priority and focus with composure.
• 5+ years of Product Management/Sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Prior construction management software, along with a business-to-business experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting and payroll knowledge is an asset.
• Strong understanding of business sales cycles -
• Demonstrating the value of your product or service to the qualified leads and
• Overcoming Objections: Addressing any concerns or questions the leads might have.
• Strong interpersonal interaction and teamwork with a customer focus
