Within our program, interns are an integral part of our team working alongside real estate analysts, transaction professionals and other associates. You will gain valuable insight into the commercial real estate industry while being exposed to multiple lines of business over the course of your internship.

As a Summer Data Intern at JLL, you will have the unique opportunity to gain practical experience and exposure to various aspects of the commercial real estate industry. You will work closely with the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) team, supporting critical projects and initiatives that rely on data-driven strategies. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the world of data analysis and its impact on the real estate industry. No experience required. AS A DATA SUMMER INTERN AT JLL YOU WILL:

• Assist in data collection, validation, and cleansing processes
• Work with large datasets and perform data manipulation and analysis using statistical tools
• Collaborate with team members to develop data visualization dashboards and reports
• Conduct research and provide insights based on data analysis to support strategic decision making
• Support the maintenance and improvement of data in VFA (Capital Planning software) and other internal systems/software
• Participate in weekly team/data governance meetings, intern meetings and mentor/mentee meetings.
• Complete the end-of-the-year internship pitch presentation to the panel.
• Assist in ad-hoc data projects and tasks as assigned
  
  

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• No experience required however proficiency in data manipulation such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R is an asset
• Knowledge of data visualization techniques and experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
