Position Overview:
The Manager, Channel Management will lead a team responsible for operations Go To Market collaboration, planning, and coordination including new product introductions globally, new store openings, and corporate initiatives regionally in NA and EMEA. This role will also lead continuous improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain Operations team and business partner relations, including facilitating collaborative discussions with key stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
- Lead Go To Market operational readiness by developing plans to support, coordinating tasks, and monitoring execution for on-time completions
- Facilitate post-implementation reviews of sales events, projects, and initiatives and drive solutions from identified opportunities.
- Drive collaborative discussions between various departments in support of operational execution against inventory, sales, marketing plans, etc.
- Lead business prime touchpoints, focusing on performance, cost, collaborative planning, etc.
- Present KPIs at various meetings to all levels throughout the organization.
- Department prime in cross-functional projects and initiatives, collaborate with key stakeholders, impact, and influence to enhance capabilities, customer experiences, etc.
- Represent the department in support of Voice of the Customer at various meetings, drive resolution, improvements based on customer feedback, and an overall positive Supply Chain customer experience.
- Define and drive improvement opportunities from idea to implementation with results tracking that increase customer satisfaction, provide time and cost savings, and support revenue growth.
- Lead department touchpoints and updates towards various initiatives and projects, including feasibility, benefit analysis, and prioritization.
- Coach and develop a customer centric and continuous improvement mindset within the team.
- Provide team member support and feedback toward individual development plans and goals.
Let's Talk About You:
- Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or a related analytical field
- 3+ years of leadership experience in high volume, fast moving distribution or manufacturing environment
- 3+ years team management experience
- Previous Project Management experience is an asset
- Logistics / Supply Chain Certification is an asset
- Knowledge of lean six sigma and continuous improvement principles is an asset
- Continuous improvement mindset that drives change throughout the organization
- Proven ability to influence senior level stakeholders and build exceptional relationships
- Strong analytical, organization and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team building skills
- Proven ability to coach and mentor team members
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Good financial and business awareness
- Strategic thinker and strong ability to convey new concepts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to all levels of the organization
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Data management experience, including the development of dashboards and scorecards
- Strong knowledge of ERP and WMS systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.)
