Head Chef

We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and presentation.
• Develop and design creative menus that reflect current food trends and customer preferences.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
• Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Monitor food quality and consistency, making adjustments as necessary to meet high standards.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Implement cost control measures to optimize profitability while maintaining quality.

Experience

• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
• Experience with latin Mexican/Latin cuisine is a valuable asset.
