Deliverable: Planning and deployment of SMART IT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design:
  
  

Developing a comprehensive architectural design that integrates SMART IT with the BMC Helix ITSM environment, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.

• Implementation Planning:
  
  

Creating a detailed plan for the deployment of SMART IT, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

• Customization and Configuration:
  
  

Tailoring SMART IT to meet the specific needs of the organization, including custom workflows, forms, and dashboards.

• Data Migration:
  
  

Ensuring the accurate and secure migration of data to the new SMART IT-enabled environment.

• User Training and Change Management:
  
  

Providing comprehensive training for end-users and administrators to ensure smooth adoption and effective use of SMART IT.

• Testing and Validation:
  
  

Conducting thorough testing to validate the functionality and performance of SMART IT in the new environment.

• Post-Implementation Support:
  
  

Establishing ongoing support and optimization processes to ensure the continued success and improvement of the SMART IT implementation.
