- Criminal Litigation
- Wills & Estates

- Class Actions
- Abuse Claims
- 2-7 years of post-call litigation experience.
- Membership in good standing with a provincial and/or territorial law society.
- Exceptional analytical, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A self-motivated attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Proven organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple files and deadlines.
- Experience handling all phases of litigation, from discovery to trial.
